Returns And Refunds
Article 1. Return Period
Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery date. Return period calculated from tracking confirmation. In-store purchases from receipt date. Extended holiday returns from November through January.
Article 2. Return Conditions
Items must be unused and in original condition. Products must include original packaging and seals intact. All components and inserts must be included. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Used or damaged products not eligible.
Article 3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened masks, serums and creams
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Personalized items
- Sample sizes
Article 4. Return Methods
Returns accepted via:
- Mail-in with prepaid label
- Drop-off at authorized retailers
- In-person at Summer Fridays events
- Scheduled pickup for damaged items
Article 5. Return Shipping
Return shipping label provided for US orders. Customer prints label from account or email. Original shipping fees non-refundable unless defective. International returns subject to customs. Customer pays return shipping for buyer's remorse.

Refunds issued within 5-10 business days after return receipt. Refund to original payment method. Credit card refunds take 3-5 days to appear. PayPal refunds within 24 hours. Store credit issued for returns without receipt.

Gifts without receipt receive store credit. Gift receipt allows exchange or credit. Original purchaser receives refund to payment method. Gift returns follow same conditions.
Article 11. Subscription Returns
Individual subscription items returnable. Subscription fees non-refundable. Cancel subscription anytime. Partial refunds not available. Next shipment can be skipped.

Sale items returnable within standard period. Items marked final sale non-returnable. Flash sale products follow regular policy. Promotional pricing doesn't affect eligibility.

Individual items from orders can be returned. Free shipping recalculated on remaining items. Shipping charged if remaining order below $50. Gift with purchase returned if qualifying items returned.
